【Accommodation】

Are there any transport options to Niseko?
Private car .... You can come to Niseko by car.
Public transport... If you come to JR Kutchan station, we will pick you up and take you to your accommodation. Please let us know your arrival time in advance.
If you are coming from New Chitose Airport
Car rental: .... If you wish to rent a car, this is available as an option. Please select from the booking page.
Pick-up and drop-off hire: .... If you wish, this can be arranged. Please contact us for more information.
Are yoga mats available for hire?
Rental yoga mats are provided. Please make a reservation via the booking page for 300 yen *Number is limited. Please note that the number of mats is limited.
If it rains, will yoga classes be held?
In the event of rain, classes will be held at an alternative location, such as an indoor yoga studio.
Can I participate in the overnight tour by myself?
You are welcome to participate in the accommodation tour on your own, as the management staff will be staying at the accommodation. Please feel free to apply.
Can my friends attend just the yoga classes without accommodation?
We accept reservations for yoga classes only. Please check from the booking page.
Can you arrange accommodation for people other than Gemyo?
We will be happy to consult with you on an individual basis. Please feel free to contact us.
Cancellation Policy
【Cancellations】
14 days prior to the staying starts...100% of the cource fee.
Cancellation due to Covid-19
If a participant is diagnosed as having Covid-19, a full refund upon submission of a
doctor's certificate is available.
Travel insurance coverage
Injury death: 10 million yen / Paid if you die within 180 days including the accident date.
Daily hospitalization: 4,000 yen / 180 days including the accident day is the payment limit.
Surgery: 20,000 yen / 40,000 yen / <Surgery received during hospitalization> Surgery insurance = Daily hospitalization insurance x 10 (double) / <Surgery received outpatient> Surgery insurance = Hospitalization insurance date Forehead x 5 (double)
Daily amount of hospital visit: 2,500 yen / If you are injured and go to the hospital, the payment limit is 90 days. (Within 180 days including the accident date)
Liability insurance: 1 Maximum of 20 million yen for an accident / When a traveler accidentally injures another person while participating in a trip, or is liable for legal liability by destroying another person's property, etc. The deposit that must be paid to the insurance and the legal fees in the event of a lawsuit will be paid as insurance money.
